No merchandise can be returned to York without our authority. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you within 24-48 hours with further details.
Carriage and/or postage will not be reimbursed unless authorised in advance.
Goods should be returned in an 'as new' condition in original packaging.
Goods returned to York will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 15% (minimum charge £10.00).

For all Products, please note, that if a returned product is not found to be faulty, damaged or defective, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Once the form submitted is authorised, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us within 7 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
