If you wish to cancel an order, you may only do this within 15 minutes of placing the order through the Google Checkout.
If you wish to cancel more than 15 minutes later, you may do so if the product has not already been dispatched. Goods are normally dispatched between 24-48 hours subject to availability.
Simply click on the “Contact the Seller” link in your Google Account, or email us at orders@valueclick.com
We will then cancel the order subject to the transaction not being completed.
Once the transaction has been made and the goods have been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
